In short - every wine variety is categorised in two different flavour profiles - this is taken from the dominant flavours of the wine. What you do from here is pick one of the flavour profiles that suits your palate more by clicking the flavour profile icon. This will then take you to a page with all of the products that fall into that flavour profile.

If you are unsure or you do not have any flavour profile preferences and/or if you like them all (example - you like your Chardonnay buttery as well as citrusy). You are welcome to explore all options of that variety by clicking 'View All' or discover all wines by clicking 'All wine' from the main menu.

At the moment we are working with Australia Post. We are fully aware that each courier has its own advantages and weaknesses. However for the time being we choose to work with AustPost for their streamlined shipping process to provide you a better shopping experience.

As a rule of thumb, we process your order on the next business day and get it ready for dispatch shortly after. Delivery time frame of regular post is between 2 - 8 business days. This is subject to any other external circumstances that may happen along the way. Unfortunately, when your order has been dispatched to our partnered courier, we don’t have too much control of what is going on and lead time can also vary depending on where you live. However if you set up an account with AustPost you will receive notifications of its movements and ETA. We highly encourage you to do so.

Unfortunately not. If there is a problem with the wine like getting damaged in transit or us making the mistake of sending the wrong wine. We won’t ask you to return the wine. Please get in touch with us via email so we can help to sort it out.

There are 3 denominations for our Gift Cards, in which you can purchase seperately or along with your wine.

After you proceed to checkout and complete your payment, the Gift Card will be directly sent to your inbox, this will be sent from our generic email address. Please refresh your inbox should you not receive the email in a few minutes, please also check your junk inbox, in case the email gets filtered to your junk inbox.

Please click on the view button on the email to take you to a new page with a sepcial code that can be redeemed at checkout. If the Gift Card is for someon elese, please ensure to forward the email or the code to your recepient, for them to use at their checkout and redeem the Gift Card.
